Good food, great service. It’s a laid-back spot for a beer and a chat with the locals.

The manager was nice, and the room was clean, modern, upgraded, and clearly well looked after. I booked it because it was the closest place to the ferry, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend it.

The burger special I had recently was the best, way better than MacDonald’s. You were assimilating, thank you. I just wish the atmosphere had a little more love put into it, since it doesn’t feel as cozy as the food. That’s why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

The pub food is awesome, and the staff are friendly and laid back. This place is a great find, with an historic building, a clean room, and a cozy, funky atmosphere. It’s been entirely remodelled, and although the rooms are smaller than some, they’re tastefully done and very comfortable. The bed is amazing! If you need 24/7 service with someone always at your beck and call, this might not be for you. But if you value those other things, it could be your next cool adventure.
