Cavendish Breeze Inn

We planned to stay one night longer after enjoying it so much. Kayo was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and her homemade breakfasts were delicious. Try the blueberry muffins. I don’t like poached eggs, and she kindly made scrambled eggs for my son and me instead. The rooms are quaint and cozy, and there’s a pool, hot tub, and laundry on site. One morning the showerhead gave us trouble, but it had been replaced by the time we returned from North Point. We can’t say enough good things about this place. Easily five stars.

It’s a quiet spot in Cavendish, less than 10 minutes from PEI National Park. Kayo was warm and accommodating, bringing extra towels, ice cubes, and an iron when we asked. Breakfast was included in my room rate, with hot food, coffee, tea, juice, homemade pastries, fruit salad, and toast. There’s also coffee and tea in the main house throughout the day, and wifi is free. My room felt cozy and inviting, with a mini-fridge and bathroom toiletries. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights in early June and would gladly return. The location is splendid, within walking distance of everything Green Gables. Kaio and Mickey are lovely people. Kaio was accommodating, shared lots of useful information and tips about the area, and we enjoyed chatting with her over the yummy breakfasts. Thank you, Kaio and Mickey.

Mickey and Kaio were very accommodating. Mickey also drives for Red sands taxi and did a great job getting us to all our trails. The place is clean, comfortable, and affordable, though nothing fancy. I’d recommend it. Good value.
