This is a family friendly place, and the staff were helpful. The beach is a three-minute drive one way, and Green Gables Heritage place is three minutes in the other direction. There are good restaurants nearby, plus a small Tim Hortons within walking distance. The rooms and linens were extremely clean, but dated, and the laundry machines and lawn chairs were older too. There was no breakfast. It’s NOT a fancy resort, but for the low price it exceeded my expectations, so I’m giving it five stars. I’d consider staying again!

The location is excellent, close to Tim Hortons and the beach boardwalk. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variety, especially for me as a vegetarian. The waffles and croissants were wonderfully fresh. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating, the rooms impeccably clean, and the Wi-Fi fast. I really enjoyed my recent stay and would highly recommend it. Great experience for a reasonable price, and I’d definitely return!

The room was clean, and the double bed was comfortable. It’s an older building, though, and the room shows its age. The location is excellent, right on the Cavendish strip. There’s a small fridge but no microwave. The hot breakfast was good, in a different building, and there’s nice takeout a couple of minutes up the street. They assign a parking space to each room, as shown in the picture, and were adamant that I understood. I hadn’t seen that before. My assigned spot was about as far from my room as possible, even though several spaces right outside my door were empty. It was okay.

We spent four nights in one of the Executive Cottages. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well kept. The pool was great, and the location worked well: a 20-minute walk to Cavendish beach or a five-minute drive. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, but service has been very poor lately. Facilities are hit and miss, and when something isn’t working, it’s not very good. Availability seems random at best, and management is poor. Having to argue to get bathroom resources shouldn’t happen. If you get the cottage you want, you’ll have a good time; if not, be prepared for a rough stay. I dearly miss the old manager/caretaker. May he rest in peace 🙏🏼🕊
