I spent six months at The Banbridge Inn while attending UPEI, and the location worked perfectly. My room was bright and clean, with a sweet, classic look. The kitchen was well appointed and the living area cozy, so it felt like home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with thoughtful window boxes and planters. I've traveled all over the world and often wish for places like this. Being able to park right in front of the room was a bonus. Highly recommend.

For the two weeks I stayed, this place really felt like home. The owners were wonderful and attentive. Each unit has its own outdoor entrance, which was handy in the age of social distancing. Inside, there's a bright, open living area and a kitchen set up for cooking, plus a separate bedroom with the comfiest pillows I've ever used. The bathroom was clean and spacious too. It's such a cozy, lovely place in or around Charlottetown. More than a hotel, inn, or motel, it feels like a home away from home.

When my husband and I sold our home, circumstances beyond our control meant we couldn't move into the new one in early November as planned. The closing was expected in mid to late November, so we needed a short-term place quickly. I contacted The Banbridge Inn, explained our situation to the owners, and they went above and beyond to help us. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit for more than a week and were very comfortable before moving into our new home on November 22nd. A very big thank you to the owners of The Banbridge Inn. The family has run this property for many years, and I have no hesitation recommending it. The accommodations were comfortable and spotless. Our unit had a living room, cable TV, a table for four, and a kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishes, and the cookware needed to make meals. There was enough shelf and hanger space to unpack, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a shower with plenty of hot water.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and made sure my daughter could get around in her wheelchair. The location was convenient and the room clean. We liked having access to the BBQ. A TV in the bedroom and a microwave would have been nice extras. I'd recommend the place and stay again.

We were really glad we picked this family-owned motel. It's cozy, clean, colourful, and well maintained, and Meg was a fantastic host who gave us more than we expected. Getting there by car was easy, and it was close to everything we needed. A cab to the downtown City Centre was only $14. Thanks, Meg!
