Cranford Inn

Brooke, Mitchell, and Paul made the Cranford Inn feel warm and welcoming, and everyone was super friendly. The Inn itself is beautiful, with the modern amenities we’ve come to expect. It’s also within walking distance of everything in Downtown Charlottetown, which made the stay a real pleasure.

The room was scuffed and tiny, and the double bed was extremely small. The soaker tub was tiny too. I’d booked a room at the fairholm, but because there was a party, I was offered the sandstone suite at the Cranford inn and told it was much fancier. I accepted, but was very disappointed. The staff were friendly, though they seemed misguided and a little fearful of how the owner might react if they did anything without permission. We stood outside for a while before someone arrived to show us where to go. They’d said there would be a drinks/menu and wifi password in the room, but we had to ask for them. We were offered a 30% discount on the room, which cost over 200$, but left after just TWO HOURS. The customer service was relatively impressive, at least.

It’s a nice place that’s mostly renovated. There’s no breakfast on site, but you can get it at the inn next door.
