The coffee refill took some begging, and it cost way too much. Even if the food had been good, the price would still have felt excessive. The lasagna arrived lukewarm and not baked, with no cheese on or in it. Its meat sauce had a strange, sugary taste. The cheesy garlic toast was disappointing too, just a Kraft single slice on top. I’d give it fewer stars if I could. It felt like their first day running a restaurant. Maybe they should stick to the hotel. Sorry.
