We came to the city for a Leafs game, and the location was handy for both the subway and food. The room was small but very clean, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Staff were pleasant and we had no issues. Parking is quite limited, though there are a few lots nearby. My husband and I would absolutely stay again.

The reception team were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the clean bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Our bathroom was clean, and although our room hadn’t been renovated yet, it was still comfortable and more than sufficient for us. At times the hotel got a little noisy, and we could occasionally hear guests upstairs. The central location worked well, with the PATH about a 10-minute walk away and several cafés and fast food places close by. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. Definitely recommend it.

There’s a park nearby with a conservation area that made for a nice walk. We were out on foot from 6 am until midnight and didn’t have a single sketchy experience, even though some other reviews call the area bad. The lounge had tea and coffee, the Wi-Fi was free, and our room was clean and spacious. Jonny and the rest of the staff made us feel looked after both days, whether we saw them in the hallways or at the front door. It felt like home. I’ll be back. Thanks to Jonny and staff for a great stay!

The inn was well maintained, and my second-floor room was spacious with a good desk for studying. Staff made me feel welcome and never nosy or judgmental, even though my personal circumstances might have looked odd from the outside. When I had a small problem, the team worked hard to sort it out quickly and properly. The location cost it a star for me. It’s close to Eaton Center, which was handy, and The Hunger spot is less than a five-minute walk away for takeaway. But as a woman travelling alone who likes to walk places at different times, I didn’t feel the area was great outside daylight hours. The street has very little lighting, which made me generally concerned about safety. I felt safe on the inn’s property, including outside, where they have cameras and fencing. If you have a car or prefer to use Uber or Lyft, this may not be an issue. Hope you enjoy your stay!

The rooms were very clean, and I liked the coffee bar by the front entrance. The area is quiet and well located, close to a park and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Eaton Centre. I hadn’t realized there weren’t any elevators on the premises, at least none that I know of. When the front desk staff saw me struggling with my luggage, they kindly helped carry it up to my room. They were really nice and helpful.
