We loved the exposed brick in our ground-floor unit, and the historic building has loads of charm. The staff were very friendly and suggested things to do nearby. For the price, getting two beds, a fireplace, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchenette in such a clean place was a great deal. It's close to downtown too. Some of the negative reviews seem to come from picky people who don't understand that an old building has quirks, which are part of its character. Definitely recommend it.

Charlottetown has a special place in my heart after living in Canada for two years and spending several months on Prince Edward Island. I stayed at Suites of Euston more than 20 years ago, while the property was still in the middle of major renovations, and I remember the visit with great affection. The owner was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and made me feel at home. It became one of the most memorable stays of my life. The property was peaceful, quiet, and very clean, a lovely place to relax and enjoy the area's historic feel. Downtown and everything else were just a short walk away. I'm grateful for the hospitality and the lasting memories, and would highly recommend it for a comfortable stay with a personal touch.

The kitchenette was handy and helped us save money while eating better during our stay. We also enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. It's a wonderful historic brick place right downtown.

We booked in March 2025 for a July 2025 stay. Everything seemed fine until we got into the room. It was in the basement and, although nicely renovated and looking like the online photos, it was filled with an unbearable smell of cat urine. We couldn't sleep there because of the foul odor, which felt harmful to our health. We called the owner, who wanted to send a cleaning lady, but cleaning clearly wasn't the issue. He came to the parking lot and wouldn't come inside to check the smell. He shook our hands and promised a refund. We had to find somewhere else to sleep during busy July, when there was only one room left at a much higher price. Luckily, that room was still available. Two months later, we still hadn't been refunded, and the owner refused to honor his promise. He seemed like a nice person, but his behavior was very dishonest. We don't recommend this place.

The headboard wasn't fixed to the bed, so it banged whenever I moved. The electric fireplace didn't work either, and I spent most of the night cold. The room was tiny, with an even tinier closet-sized bathroom, and the parking lot was really icy. Even the complimentary chocolates on the table were gross, with sticky wrappers like they might have gotten wet or melted and been put back. The TV was mounted on the side wall, though I don't know why they couldn't use the mantel across from the bed. They advertised bike rentals, but the bikes were missing tires or handlebars. You get what you pay for here. I definitely won't stay again.
