Breakfast was delicious, and Donna’s restaurant recommendations were just right. We spent one night at this lovely inn and will be back. Our host welcomed us, showed us around the beautiful place, and told us about its history. The rooms were spotless and so comfortable, and everything felt perfect from the moment we arrived. We were grateful for the little overnight getaway.

Donna was kind and attentive during our one-night stay. She went through all the information at the start, which I appreciated, and gave us some great recommendations. We had the captain room, with 2 twin beds and a bathroom across the hall. It was very clean and tidy. The shower head could use an update since the water came out oddly, but it was manageable. We had a great stay and would come back.

We enjoyed being able to walk through the back streets into town, and the water-side park was close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Donna greeted us warmly, checked us in quickly, and gave us a map with recommendations for things to do and places to go. Breakfast was delicious, with hot lemon-ricotta pancakes, sausage, sliced fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. We loved our stay at Dawson House, and Donna was a great hostess. Highly recommend.

Donna was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast she made was amazing. We enjoyed talking with her and the other guests over the meal. This charming historic B&B in downtown Charlottetown has quaint shared spaces and a vintage feel that suits the building’s history. We were lucky to meet Donna’s beautiful kitten, who is kept out of the guest areas. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to PEI.

Donna is a terrific hostess, and the morning breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s a lovely spot in Charlottetown, and I’d happily stay here again.
