Freddie, the host, was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The location puts you right among restaurants and just a two-minute walk from the water. Our room was comfortable, spacious, bright, and updated, and the older building is clearly well cared for. Large windows let in lots of natural light. If you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask or earplugs. We came prepared and slept very comfortably. The photos and description don't quite capture how lovely it is. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Charlottetown. See you again soon, Freddie!

Fred greeted us at the door and even carried our bags up to the room. Such a wonderful host. The suite was bright and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette, and the location was ideal, just minutes from the waterfront and surrounded by restaurants. I'd highly recommend it.

Fred, the owner and manager, was outstanding, and the accommodation was just right. We only had two days in Charlottetown, but the location couldn't have been better, with restaurants, pubs, and all sorts of things right outside. Wish we could've stayed a few more days at Water Suites.

Fred was a very professional host, and the location is perfect, only one block from the ocean. The rooms are spacious, modern, new, and super clean. We left the car parked because there were too many restaurants nearby to count, plus a great breakfast spot on the ground floor. An amazing place to stay.

The owner and operator was a fine fellow and very accommodating. The restaurant at the foot of the building had friendly staff and good food at affordable prices. Our room was spacious, with comfortable furnishings and a comfortable bed, and the accommodations were very clean. Water Suites is one of the finest places we've stayed. Anyone visiting Charolettown should look up this inn. You won't be disappointed. Thanks, from the Kennedys.
