I’ve stayed here more than three times and wouldn’t choose anywhere else in town. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and personable. Book directly with the property if you want the excellent breakfast included. The menu is thoughtful and uses high-quality local food. It’s a stunning property, with historic Victorian homes and beautiful vintage craftsmanship, alongside some gorgeous modern buildings. Enjoy your stay.

Sam checked us in, then looked after us at breakfast the next morning. He was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service skills. Breakfast was delicious too, so hats off to the chef. We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Fairholm Inn. Our room was lovely, cozy, and very clean.

Jordan was absolutely wonderful, courteous, and professional. My husband and I are both business owners, and we can’t say enough about how helpful he was. It’s great to see young people running businesses so well. The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was great too. Our room was a bit cold because there was no heater in the bedroom area. Next time we’d book in the main house. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the Ruby suite, which was huge, with several big windows opening onto the lovely grounds. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, though we didn’t use it, and the bed was so comfortable that we both slept better than at home. Our home is far from PEI, but I hope we get to stay with them again. Breakfast is far better than the “Includes breakfast” description suggests. It’s high-quality, cooked to order, and served at the table, with fresh fruit and vegetables. There’s also a cappuccino and espresso machine in the lobby that’s available all day. What a gem. Our expectations were high and still got exceeded. The place has loads of character, the staff are friendly and helpful, and we loved chatting with them. It’s in a great spot in Charlottetown, an easy walk to the city centre, restaurants, attractions, and the waterfront.

This is a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable inn. We especially liked the pillows, and would love to know where to get them! Everyone on staff was kind, accommodating, and happy to answer questions. We’d flown in and really appreciated being allowed into our room before check-in time. I’m giving the room four stars only because the bathroom was awkwardly placed. Getting to it in the middle of the night was a bit of a hassle.
