The complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good choice of options, better than I expected from a typical hotel. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions. The spotless bathroom stood out, and the rest of the hotel looked freshly cleaned and well maintained. I went in with modest expectations, but this Comfort Inn gave me a comfortable stay and great value. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting clean, reliable accommodation and good service.

I stayed one night and would recommend it. The bed was comfortable, and everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. The information and other reviews mentioned that the second floor was reached by stairs, but the stairs were in the lobby and easy to manage. I didn't have breakfast, though the area looked clean and well stocked. At check-in I could see the fridge stocked with yogurt.

The bed was so comfortable I could've slept all day. The room was clean, breakfast delicious, and the front desk service was great. If I had one request, it'd be strawberries and whipped cream with the waffles. Haha, maple syrup was good too. Thanks for a great night. If we're back in Chatham, we'll book with you again!

I was traveling on my own as a woman and felt very safe. The room was quiet and clean, and even though it was a very hot night, the air conditioning kept it cool. Breakfast was great, and they let me check out late without any issues. I had a great stay at this Comfort Inn at the beginning of July, and I'll be back for sure.

We were in Chatham for a concert, our second visit to town but first time staying here. The room was on the second floor, only accessible by stairs. It was a bit outdated, but very clean, and the bed was comfortable enough that I slept without trouble. The man at the desk was very nice. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on it. A good place to stay.
