Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chatham South by IHG

We’re pretty fussy, and we’d happily stay here again. The staff were helpful every time we dealt with them, and the pool and weight room were well looked after. We were on the 2nd floor and never heard anything from adjoining rooms. There was some hallway traffic because several hockey, volleyball and cheerleading tournaments were happening nearby, but it wasn’t loud. Elevators moved faster than I expected, and the wide stairs didn’t cause bottlenecks. I heard someone on the 6th floor found their room noisy; that floor has been overhauled, while the 2nd hasn’t yet. I’d choose our room again. Thanks to everyone for making the stay enjoyable.

The staff really made our stay, they were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were great and breakfast was excellent, too. Ken, Keira, and Nilda deserve a special thank you for being attentive, flexible and always smiling. I don’t often write reviews, but this stay was so good I had to.

The kids in our group loved the pool, and we found the rooms clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, too. We’ve stayed twice in the past year for hockey tournaments and had a great experience both times. The desk staff are welcoming and seem to care about how your stay goes. Renovations were underway, but they didn’t affect our visits. I’d recommend the hotel, it’s good value.

Even with construction going on, our stay was superb. The pool was great, and the service was above and beyond from the front desk to the manager and the woman working at breakfast. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.
