The relatives we were planning to visit told us they had Covid, so I called to reschedule our two rooms for two nights. We knew about the 48-hour cancellation policy, but we were only three hours past that cutoff and he still charged us for one night in both rooms. He said he didn't care if I booked there again, asked my relative not to refer their company, or wrote this review. He said he was plenty busy. I told him it must be nice not to worry about his reputation in the community. Warning!

I’m in town weekly, and this place is right where I need to be. The updated rooms were excellent, the beds super comfy, and the front desk staff were amazing and friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was basic, but it saved me time on my last day. Inside, the room was clean and everything looked new or fairly new, with no smell at all, which was a huge plus. There was a strong weed smell just outside the motel door, though. I could hear other people through what seemed like thin walls, but it didn't bother me much. I hope hotels start using regular toilet tissue instead of the thin, paper-like kind.

Easy trail access made this a great spot for snowmobiling. The rooms were very large and clean, and there was a typical continental breakfast that opens at 4 a.m.

There was a damp smell in the basement rooms, though it wasn't a major issue. The rooms were clean overall, the beds were really comfortable, and I think the hotel is great value for money.
