Coast Chilliwack Hotel by APA

We were on the 6th floor, where we could see the park and pond as well as snow capped mountains. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were helpful and friendly, too. My daughter was in a dance competition at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre, and we stayed at Coast Chilliwack Hotel in late February 2026. Restaurants, a grocery store, and gas stations are all nearby, which made getting around convenient. It was a nice property and good value. I'd happily return. Thanks for a lovely visit.

The pond view was a peaceful part of our mid-January stay at the Chilliwack Coast Hotel. Ducks and geese on the water made winter mornings feel restorative. My husband joked that they woke him one morning, though I'm usually the one bothered by noise and it didn't disturb me. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel had a cozy, welcoming feel. We brought our dog, and saw other guests with pets too: a man pulling 2 Chihuahuas in a wagon, a woman with a golden retriever, and someone with a small husky. It added to the charm. The on-site Montana's BBQ & Bar was clearly popular and delicious. We got take-out, which took quite a while, but the restaurant was busy, so that was understandable. It also overlooks the pond. The staff were kind and helpful, and made things easy. The hotel is conveniently placed, about a 5 minute walk to the Downtown area. If you want the scenery, choose a suite with a pond view. We found it easy to relax here.

The hot tub was great, the bed was amazing, and the toilet seat was warm and comfortable. The front desk staff were awesome. But the restaurant ruined our stay. We waited 40 minutes just to get coffee and place my wife's order. I never found out how the food was because I told her we were leaving, and we did. We also never heard back about our complaint.

Late at night I could clearly hear the guests next door through the connecting door in my room. Paul understood right away and handled it kindly. He made sure I was comfortable and went out of his way to accommodate me by upgrading my room. I really appreciated his help and how he didn't make it an issue. Thanks again, Paul!
