Chesterman Hideaway

Chesterman beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the location is great. We had a wonderful three-night stay in the Eagle Suite. The kitchen was well stocked, and the layout comfortably fit four people between the queen bed and pullout, with room to spare. The wood-burning stove made it especially cozy. Jonny was easy to reach and made sure we had everything set. I'd highly recommend this gem.

Chesterman Hideaway is beautiful, with lovely rooms and beach access to Chesterman Beach right across the street. Our room had a sweet little fireplace that was lovely to sit around, and we couldn't have asked for more. The owners were incredibly helpful, accommodating, friendly, and sweet. We can't thank Heidi, Johnny, Ruby, and their sweet pup Penny enough!

I fell for this place as soon as I saw it. It's a friendly, family-run accommodation, and the dog is awesome too. We stayed in the turret suite, which was cozy, clean, and very well maintained. The outdoor shower worked perfectly for our surf gear. Thanks for the surf tips, Johnny. We'll be back!

We spent a week here, me and my two dogs, and rented the Eagle Suite. It could easily have been shared, but I chose to stay on my own with the pups. The suite was immaculate, and Jonny and Heidi live on site and were always available. This would be THE place for a small wedding party or its guests. On Lynn Road, it's very easy to get to Chesterman Beach. The infamous Tacofino truck is just a bike ride away or a two-minute drive. Inside, the Eagle Suite has a gourmet kitchen, Webber bbq, laundry, a comfy bed, a massive deck, and a lovely fire pit when there's no ban. There's also a sitting room/games room with a fireplace for cold, wet days, perfect for a favourite bevy and a book by the fire. Look up at the trees and you'll see the nests. Pro tip: book and plan early!
