The staff were friendly, and the rooms have been cleaned up since my last stay, back when it was ACE Motel and privately owned. But the bed and pillows in my room were rock hard. The pillows were much too thick, and I slept terribly because I was so uncomfortable. At today’s prices, comfortable beds and pillows really matter.

Arsh at reception was professional and helpful, even bringing us four tennis rackets when we asked, then badminton gear later. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with impeccable views, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was included and the price was good. The location also worked well for visiting helmcken falls, dawson falls and the other falls nearby. Highly recommended.

The room was quiet and clean, and we slept comfortably. The front desk staff were really friendly and offered us extra bath and shower supplies, too. We were only stopping overnight on the drive from Edmonton to Vancouver, but this place was better than we expected. I’d easily stay again.

Booked with my points for my first stay here and had a great experience. The front desk lady upgraded my room for free, which I never expected. The room had just been renovated, and it made for a dream night. I was pleasantly surprised.
