Paddock Inn

A really disappointing stay. The room wasn’t clean and seemed poorly maintained. We were also charged extra for towels we hadn’t even used. When we raised it, staff weren’t helpful and gave no proper explanation for the charge. It felt unfair and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

For a one-night stay, this small motel room was convenient and just right. It was cozy, very clean, and the service was great. I had my dog with me, and the place was very pet friendly. The man who served us was hospitable and good with the dog. There’s lots of parking, and most motels I’ve stayed in haven’t been this clean. The mattress in my room could probably use an upgrade, but it was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.

Never again. The room was terrible: the door had just been painted and stuck when I tried to open it, the TV didn’t work, and the inside walls needed repairs.

Writing on behalf of my father. He had an absolutely terrible experience. The room had bed bugs, and he ended up covered in bites. When he reported it, the staff were completely unhelpful and refused to refund him. A motel should at least provide somewhere clean and safe to sleep, and this place failed on both. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it.
