The motel felt unwelcoming from the start. Staff were rude and unprofessional, speaking to guests carelessly and disrespectfully. They seemed irritated by simple requests instead of trying to help, and there was no basic hospitality or customer service. Cleanliness and management were disappointing too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here when there are other places that treat people with respect.

Umesh, the manager, has no manners when speaking to customers. The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I especially wouldn’t recommend this place to women staying alone. It would be better to choose somewhere with full security and a safer environment.

It’s pretty quiet since most people are here to visit Blue Mountain, and the location is good value. A bit of updating wouldn’t hurt, but honestly, I’ve got nothing to complain about.

The rude, aggressive, and unprofessional staff made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no basic hospitality or decent customer service, and it felt like a waste of both time and money. I’d look elsewhere to avoid being treated this way. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The management made this a terrible experience. Umesh said he was the manager, but had no idea how to speak to a customer and showed no regret about his behaviour. Staying here was a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it.
