We booked based on room pictures that aren't real. The place was dirty and outdated, just lipstick on a pig, and there were recent reviews reporting BED BUGS. When we asked the owner about it, he didn't deny the claim, then said the issue was resolved. He was rude and horrible, wouldn't let us remove the sheets to check, and refused a refund because we hadn't given 48 hours' notice, even though we booked just 24 hours before arriving. We booked through Expedia, but they wouldn't refund us because the hotel wouldn't refund them. They wanted proof of bed bugs, which we couldn't get because the owner wouldn't let us check. I'm not someone who complains about everything or a (Karen), but this is a fair warning so someone else doesn't lose their 100.00 bucks.

I needed a budget-friendly place for one night and found this motel. I arrived around 5pm and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice, got me into a room in about five minutes. It cost 111$ including tax. The room was small but had the basics, a bed, TV, microwave and a/c. Everything worked and was clean. I'd read some reviews, so I checked carefully, and it was spotless with no issues. If all you need is a basic place to sleep for a night, it's a good option. If you want newer amenities or breakfast and all that, keep looking. I'd stay again.

I put my employees up here for one night, and both reported unacceptable unsanitary conditions, including bedbugs. They couldn't sleep through the night and had multiple bites on their bodies. This is very concerning and points to a serious lack of hygiene and maintenance. I request that immediate steps be taken to address these problems.

The place was completely unsanitary and filthy, and bed bugs were the icing on the cake. When I spoke to the front desk, he said I was the first person to complain about bed bugs, which I doubt. After I complained, I got a new room at midnight, but by then I was too disturbed to get any rest. I used a towel to wipe the floor, which looked like it had never been cleaned. Everything felt dirty. We shouldn't have been put in that first room at all, since it put my children's health and mine at risk, including my infant. See the photos for reference.
