Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn Convention Centre

Our volleyball team came for a girls' tournament. The pool area was beautiful, and the hotel was clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Getting our bags upstairs was a long walk because there was no elevator. There was coffee in the room, but none available in the lobby. Other parents said the restaurant prices were incredibly high, as hotels often expect guests to pay more when they're a captive audience, so we went to Horton’s for a quarter of the price. The toilet barely flushed. We told staff on the first day, but it was still the same on day two. Still, it was a nice place overall.

The children spent the weekend loving the pool, which is even more impressive than the online pictures suggest, with fountains and bridges. We brought eight family members over Easter weekend, and the hotel fit us into a room and an apartment. Both were clean and spacious. The front desk made check-in and checkout easy, and the restaurant set a table for all 12 of us, including four cousins, on Good Friday. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn Convention Centre and look forward to returning. I recommend it. Every Best Western is privately owned, so each one is unique.

Everything in my room worked, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and well managed, and the staff were great and extremely helpful. The indoor pool, spa, sauna, and fitness center are all surrounded by plants, making for a welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful stay and great value for the money. I'll visit again next August.

We had a good stay with our sports team. The kids loved the pool, and the staff were patient with a big group of 11-year-old boys. Our room had a balcony looking over the pool, so we could sit outside and keep an eye on them. The restaurant was good too, with friendly service.
