The room was clean and neat, but I won’t stay here again unless I have no other choice. I’m paraplegic and need an accessible room. I’d stayed here four times and got the room I needed on the first three visits. On the fourth, I made a point of asking for it when I booked by phone, but was given a regular room. It was late when I checked in, so I couldn’t reach anyone to switch rooms, and my call the next morning went unanswered. I could have stayed in Deer Lake and gotten what I need.

We had a great stay and will be back. The room was very clean and quiet, and check-in and checkout were easy. The area was lovely, with a beautiful view and plenty of parking, and the place was easy to find. We visited during the ski off-season, so it was quieter. It’s about a 15-minute drive to CB and 25 minutes to Deer Lake.

The villa was spotless and really well kept, even though the rooms felt a little dated. You can ski right to the door from the hill, which is great. Booking was easy and friendly thanks to manager Lianne. We met her in the parking lot when we arrived, and she welcomed us and shared some local information. We stayed three nights and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Liane, for the wonderful service.

The location was great, with a little shop and gas station nearby and lots of places to explore. I was there in summer for work nearby, not for the mountain. My room was spacious, beautiful, cozy, and had a great view. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and the garbage was emptied daily. There’s no front desk, but you can call if you need anything. Entry is by codes for the main door and each room. It was so quiet I never heard my neighbors. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Inside, it was homey, quiet, and clean, and the staff were friendly. The villa has the basic things you need for a longer stay. Outside, the place looks quaint, though the building definitely needs updating. Great spot for a weekend, and we’d love to come back.
