Double booking seems to be normal at this B&B. We booked a family room, but when I arrived Joan said her room was too small for us. It seemed she'd already given our room to someone else. We had to run around town until midnight looking for a decent hotel. Such a frustrating and unreliable experience. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking.

We had a really good visit while seeing Charlottetown and the Cows factory. The hosts were warm, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great.
