After a day hiking nearby, we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Parrsboro. The room was bright, warm, spacious, clean and so comfortable, and check-in was easy with the door code emailed that morning. Breakfast was included, with lots of choices, and everything we tried was hot and delicious. The server was quick and friendly, and kept the coffee coming generously. We also enjoyed the charming walk by the lake, and you can ask for canoe paddles. We had dinner at the Harbour View Restaurant, picked up cans to take away from Two Islands Brewery, then finished the evening in our room with homemade lemon meringue pie from HVR. The Sunshine Inn was a great place to spend the night. Thanks for everything!

We've stayed at the Sunshine Inn with my family for years. It's lovely and clean, out in the country but only about 3 minutes from Parrsboro. There are other nice places around, but we keep coming back here. The breakfast was fabulous, and I may come in summer to try one of the Cabins. Love it, and many thanks for looking after us so well!

This family-run place is a little gem, with amazing service. There's a private lake about 500 meters away that's wonderful for bird watching, and they also provide a full-service breakfast!

A hot breakfast comes with the stay, and the owners give excellent service. I've been here twice, and both times the rooms were very clean. It's a basic, family-run motel, with great scenery around it. You can often spot deer in the fields across the road, and there's a trail behind the motel leading to a nice lake, about a 10 to 15 minute walk.
