Sandman Signature Dartmouth Hotel & Suites

I usually don’t enjoy hotel stays, so this place really caught me by surprise. The room was roomy and spotless, with a mattress I found very comfortable. The bathroom felt new and modern, more like one you’d have in an upscale home than a traditional hotel. Staff were kind, helpful, and professional, and the spacious modern lobby made it easy for people to gather. For the affordable price, it was one of my best hotel experiences in years. 10 out of 10, I’d recommend it.

The alarm going off at 1 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. disrupted the quiet sleep we came for, though I know that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Even so, I’d happily return and would recommend it. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the washroom, even if I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower’s rain head. We also had great food and service at the restaurant and bar, and enjoyed the hot tub.

The suite had plenty of space and was well stocked, and we all slept comfortably. Pool towels were replenished quickly whenever needed. The water was cold, but the kids still went in. I only wish guests could get a discount at Denny’s. We had a great stay.

The pool and gym were kept in good shape, and the attached restaurant and bar were great for relaxing without going out. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s also close to everything you need. Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in.
