We had a pet-friendly room, which worked well since we rarely travel without our fur child. The room felt new and updated, and the hotel has apparently been a Davis BC staple for decades. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom fixtures were well appointed, and the rainfall shower felt great after a long day. The view was gorgeous. We ate at Joes, the on-site restaurant, and it was fantastic. Reservations are highly recommended. I had the seafood pasta, 10/10! Definitely coming back.

Sam at the front desk was amazing, friendly, efficient, and super helpful. My friend and I had a great three-night getaway, with an incredible view from our room. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the kitchenware all worked. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. The dock across the street is a nice extra, with fishing and swimming allowed in summer. We'll be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful stay ♥️

Sam's sunny disposition helped make a good experience great. We arrived to find we'd been selected for a small gift, and a small fee was waived. Management lets the team do little things to make someone's day, and it really makes a difference. A wonderful little spot right by the water!

Everything was spotless, and the front desk staff were professional and polite. They recommended what we needed to know around town, and the housekeepers greeted us in the hallways, which felt warm. Management is doing a great job training the team. We'll be back with friends. Highly recommend!

The ocean and sunset views are fantastic, and the rooms were clean and fresh. The staff went above and beyond to sort out the issue, so full points for service. I'd give the place 5 stars, except everything is electronic. We had to change rooms because the electronic blinds wouldn't close.
