Traveller's Inn

I slept well in the quiet room, and the bed felt especially cozy after a long day on the road. The room was clean and looked well cared for. Staff were warm and quick to help with anything I needed. Restaurants and shops were easy to reach, too. I’d happily come back to Dawson Creek and recommend staying here.

The staff member was so kind and absolutely the best, so my complaint is about the room, not him. For what we paid, I expected better than a motel 6. Our non-smoking room smelled of mildew, and cigarette burns marked the blankets. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock or even close all the way. The AC was tucked behind a plastic table, which felt kind of weird. The rooms need work.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Parking was easy and the location was great. I enjoyed staying here and will book again soon.

The carpet was heavily stained and dirty, and there were cobwebs all over the room. I stayed five nights, and the damp, moldy smell never went away, even after using febreze. It really wasn’t clean. I’ve paid much less to stay in far nicer places.
