Quality Inn Airport

I wouldn't recommend this place. At nearly $250 for one night, I was extremely disappointed with the services and amenities. The pool photos are misleading: it's tiny, with nobody on staff watching what goes on. Kids went down the slide in groups and backwards, and jumped off the end. Several children were nearly hit, and mine didn't feel safe because others were pushing and banging on the slides. There was no set adult pool time, and with the pool already over capacity and full of unsupervised kids, there was no real chance of getting in. The booking details said a spa was included, but there wasn't one on site. There were too many stains on the blankets and sheets to count. Thankfully, Wal-Mart was open so I could buy clean bedding. The included breakfast wasn't worth much unless you arrived right at 8 am. Most of the food went out at 07:35, and then staff walked away without restocking for the rest of breakfast hours, 8-10. Complaining at the desk didn't help. The girl we spoke to just stared with her mouth open, and the manager seemed not to care. I gave him a chance to make it right, but he snubbed me. A disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend quality inn anywhere.

The kids kept running in the halls and banging doors until 10:30, and telling their parents multiple times didn't change anything. I had to be up at 5:30 am, so I wouldn't recommend staying unless you can sleep in.

We booked this hotel so the kids could enjoy the pool, but it was packed with children pushing each other down the slide, with five going at once. Some were spitting from the pool steps. It felt very unsafe. Rules were posted, but nobody followed them. We definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone with little kids.

The location and staff were fine. My complaint is about the rooms: the sofa looked about ten years old, dark, dirty, and nasty, and the carpets were in the same state. The lights beside the nightstands had their wiring removed and didn't work. The mattresses were extremely hard. For $200 a night, this was very poor value. The franchise owner and Choice hotels need to do better and renovate.
