Chalet #5 was lovely and had everything we needed. Host Lilly replied really quickly, and I'd definitely come back. For chalet #4 or #5 in winter, bring tire chains. A small vehicle won't make it back up the road. You can also park at the top and walk down.

We'd stay here again. Cabin #4 was very clean inside and out, with bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, Wi-Fi information and the other basics all included. The beds were comfy, there was air conditioning, and we had lots of privacy from the other cabins and nearby campground. Lily was super helpful with the instructions before check-in.

We had to cancel a Booking.com reservation four days beforehand. After we contacted the hotel reception directly and explained what had happened, they understood and gave us a full refund.

The chalets are tucked among trees and greenery, and they're quiet. We wanted a separate bedroom for us and our teenage daughter, and this worked well. The cabin was nicely furnished, with the kitchen basics we needed. They sent detailed directions and instructions, which helped a lot. We only booked one night and wished we'd allowed more time. For us, the price was reasonable and a great deal compared with a standard hotel room. It's only five minutes outside Revelstoke proper. I'd definitely recommend it.

The cabin is clean, well kept and has everything you'd expect from the description and pictures. Just don't count on modern amenities. It's a wood cabin, so that seemed fine to me. Having space to make meals was nice, and you get a lot more room and less noise than a hotel for about the same price. I also liked being able to reach the ski hill without driving through the centre of town. Thanks!
