Our family room was excellent, and the place was calm and quiet. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptional. It's been a long time since we've experienced service like that. The cleanliness really stood out.

Our group of five seniors each had our own bedroom on the same floor, with just a few steps to get into the house. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the rates were very reasonable. Dee treated us like family and made a delicious customized breakfast each morning. During a thunderstorm the power went out, but a team member came promptly with flashlights to help us. The power returned quickly.

The staff were so pleasant, the service was great, and breakfast was excellent. I haven't experienced staff like this in years. I also appreciated the slippers by the front door. They help keep the carpets clean, and make you feel comfortable getting up at night to use the washroom.

The family-run feel comes through in how carefully everyone looks after guests. The Newcastle Country Inn was spotless and well sanitized, which put us at ease throughout the visit. We especially appreciated the personal service and the breakfast made to suit us. They even accommodated my dietary restriction, which made the stay feel special. We had a wonderful time and will recommend the inn to friends visiting Drumheller.

D made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived at the Newcastle Country Inn. We spent two nights at this lovely B&B, and the whole experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the sitting area felt like home, and the service and delicious breakfasts were exceptional. Thanks for making our trip to Drumheller and the surrounding area so memorable. We'd highly recommend the Newcastle Country Inn.
