Holiday Inn Express Dryden

The breakfast spread was so good we forgot about our plan to eat at Tim Hortons and skipped Tim’s altogether. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and glad to help. Thanks to Brittany for the delicious breakfast, and to Tousif for taking such great care of things. A great stay, and we'd come back.

We’ve stayed here four times in 14 months, and the staff are excellent, friendly, and very accommodating. Mary and Brittany in the kitchen have both been wonderful to talk with and go above and beyond for us and other guests. The breakfast bar is much like other hotels, except for the gluten-free choices. They’ve made an effort to offer different porridges and breads, and keep the food replenished so nothing runs out. I haven’t seen another hotel I frequent with this many gluten-free items. They even have a separate toaster just for gluten-free bread, which I really appreciate since I’m dairy-free too and often have very few options. The housekeeping and front desk staff are just as nice, and seem genuinely happy to work there. That reflects well on management, especially compared with what we’ve seen at other hotels, IHG or not. The hotel has stayed clean even during renovations. We’ll only stay here when we're in Dryden, and I highly recommend it.

The room and lobby were brand new, and although renovations are still happening, they didn't disrupt us. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were only passing through, but had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely return when we're in the area.

Mary, Joyce, and Nehemyn were great at breakfast in the mornings and really on top of the gluten-free options. There were lots of choices for people with celiac disease. Thank you.
