Arva and Crystal were so kind and considerate, and made my last-minute trip a pleasant one. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only reason I took off a star was the rooftop view, lol.

We came for dinner and the races, with seven of us seated in the simulcast racing area. The table was dirty from the previous guests, so we asked for it to be wiped. The waitress dropped a dry cloth in the middle of the table for us to use ourselves. Her service was poor, and she brought the bill because she was leaving. Gratuity had already been added, so she got more than she deserved. We saw another server afterward but never got any service from them either. There were only a few other people in the whole section.

I left with my money because the rules kept changing depending on who I asked. Two dealers gave me different poker rules, and after my buddy was allowed to go all in with 15, she was then told she had to call because she was out of money. The manager gave me a third version. I had QA, hit the flush on the flop, and was told the 100-to-1 payout only qualified for $1.50. When I asked the manager and dealer to confirm, they each gave me a different explanation. It felt incredibly scammy, especially with a manager who didn’t seem to know the rules. Tonight was completely unacceptable. I won’t be back.

After waiting at least ten minutes, someone finally came to seat me. The place was quiet, everyone dining had finished eating, and five workers were standing around talking and laughing. Two noticed me but nobody greeted me or said they’d be with me in a moment. I went over and asked if I should seat myself because I was confused. She told me to wait for the host, so I returned to my spot and waited while the workers kept chatting and staring. Service was very slow and disorganized. If someone is waiting, staff should help them or get the person who seats guests. It was practically dead, with everyone who had eaten just sitting there.
