The staff gave great service, and I really appreciated having an outside door to the room so we could get things from our vehicle easily. The rooms, though, feel dated and need attention. Paint was peeling in the washroom, there were scuffs and stains on the walls, and the A/C hummed at a high pitch the whole time. The furniture looked like it was from the late 90’s or early 2000’s. Updating the rooms should be a priority.

Angela at the front desk was so helpful and lovely. We arrived a little late for breakfast, but she still let us choose what we wanted and take it to our room. Her friendliness made the stay better. The staff are lovely.

The room was huge, and the bed and pillows made for a really rejuvenating sleep. The continental breakfast was tasty, too. Angela at the front desk was especially friendly and accommodating with our special needs and late check-in. She even refilled the hot food and chatted enthusiastically about how much she loves her job. We had the best customer care and will be back.

The staff were nice, which is the only good thing I can say. I checked in and then left right away. The beds were dirty, with stained sheets, including what looked like blood, and the old mattresses had no zipped protectors. The box springs were exposed, stained, and old. The whole room felt dirty. When we told the staff, they showed us another room that was a bit cleaner, but the mattress was in the same condition, just with nicer sheets. They refunded us, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I’m not sure why this place has so many good reviews.
