This was our second stay at the hotel, and on my booking this past weekend Clare helped me sort out a room issue. The bed in our room was extremely hard, so I went to the front desk to ask about a softer one. Clare was more than happy to find a room that worked for me and really went above and beyond. Just wanted to give her a little shout out 🤍.

We enjoyed staying here as we travelled through. The front desk staff were very nice, and they found us a room with a reasonable pet fee. The room itself was standard, but clean, and the shower had great water pressure.
