The room felt roomy and up to date, and it was spotless. Dinner was good overall, with great service and a clean, contemporary restaurant. My friend loved the seafood chowder. My Caesar salad was another story: we both ordered it and found the chicken pieces too big and overpowering. Sliced grilled chicken would have worked better. I loved staying at the Amsterdam Inn & Suites and would happily recommend it to travellers. 🙏

Restaurant 153 turned out to be one of the nicer hotel restaurants I’ve eaten at, and the room was modern, roomy, and spotless. My only small gripe was parking. My large work truck wouldn’t fit in any of the spaces near my room, so I parked at the far end of the lot to leave enough space to open both doors.

The restaurant is handy and close by, and the staff there are so friendly. Thanks, Amy and Liliana! We keep coming back for the amenities and the people. The room is always immaculate, especially the sparkling bathroom, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. It’s quiet, too, and dogs are welcome. A water bowl would be a nice touch. Till next time.

The restaurant team and food are great, and the beds are so dang comfy. Service is the best part for me. This was my second stay, and choosing to come back was an easy decision. Love this place!

We bring our dog when we stay here on our trips from Ottawa to our cottage in Nova Scotia. They have rooms for dogs, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
