The woman at the counter was nice, but the room was disgusting. It looked renovated when we walked in, though the room was very dim and dark, which might explain how people miss the dirt. Once we pulled back the covers, the sheets were covered in stains and hair, and some marks looked like coffee. I tried to get a clear photo of the hair but couldn't. The blanket had hair too. I called the front desk about the dirty sheets, and she handed me two flat sheets and left. They didn't change the bedding. We checked those sheets, laid them over the others, and slept on them using our own pillows from the car. It was the worst night we've had. The bathroom was dirty too, as if nothing had been cleaned after the previous guest. The first towel we opened had red stains, like someone had used it after dyeing their hair, so we tossed it on the floor and used our own towels. Given the ratings and price, we expected a good stay. We were very wrong.

The room, which was more like a little cottage, turned out to have a full kitchen. We hadn't known that when booking, so it was a very nice surprise. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and so warm, like an old friend. The room was clean and nice too. I'd been worried about finding a decent place in Fort Nelson, and now I can't wait to come back in September.

Good internet and a good-sized unit for the price. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Our room had a full kitchen. The hotel is made up of new mobile home-style units, and some still seem to be works in progress. I'm guessing the outside will look more finished once everything is complete.

I got in a car accident, and they kindly let me check in early. Later, I locked my key inside, and someone came quickly to let me back in. The room was nice and clean, especially the full kitchen where I could cook. Best motel ever. Thank you!

The beds were pretty comfortable, but the room had some problems. Electrical cover plates were missing, leaving hazards if you have small children, and the freezer had residue from something that had exploded inside.
