Our pets were welcome from the start and settled in comfortably, which made a big difference for us. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and professional, and we had no problems during the stay. It was a calm, safe-feeling place, and everything was in good shape. Clean, comfortable, and quiet, just what we needed to rest. We left relaxed and satisfied, and would gladly stay again.

Harvey at reception was understanding and did what he could to help after I accidentally booked Friday instead of Saturday through booking.com. They directed me to contact booking.com, whose response was that the property manager would decide whether I could stay the following night. Harvey reached manager Irene, who approved the extra night at no added charge. I’d traveled for hours, so I was grateful. The room was lovely and clean, the bed really comfortable, and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

My dog and I felt so welcome here. They gave us a goodie bag at check-in, and whenever we stopped by the office there were extra treats and affection for my dog. The grass around the buildings made potty breaks easy and pleasant. I’d suggest putting a used poop bag bin near the pet relief area or outside the designated pet rooms.

Nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for, and everything was spotless. The room had the basics I needed: a fridge, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff were really nice, too. For the price and how clean it was, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms were super clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job. Everyone was wonderful and positive, very understanding and accommodating. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN THE FORT. Definitely coming back. 10+
