Grizzly Motor Hotel

Pool night turned into a really upsetting and unsafe experience. I got into a disagreement during a game with one of the bartenders, then two people physically attacked me. One of them appeared to be connected to the staff. The situation wasn't handled appropriately, and at no point did I feel safe or supported. Management should review staff conduct and security procedures. Nobody should have to worry about personal safety at a place open to the public. I won't return, and I can't recommend The Grizz – Fox Creek to anyone looking for a safe, respectful environment.

The motel is much cleaner and more organized now, and I found it inexpensive, just what I needed for my trip. I believe the owner changed this year, and the place has gotten much better. Thanks for a good stay. I'll definitely come back.

For $47.96, my single room was a decent deal and the cheapest price in town. The bathroom was perfect, though the bed blanket wasn't very clean. There was a grocery store directly across the street, just a one-minute walk away, and a liquor store and bar on the first floor, so I didn't have to go out for alcohol. Parking was plentiful, and I could see my car from the room window. There's no restaurant or kitchen, but a microwave was available and nearby restaurants were enough. I was satisfied with my stay for such an affordable price.

The motel turned out a lot nicer than I expected from the reviews, and it was great value for a budget stay. Thanks for having us. We'll be back for sure :)
