The room was warm and quiet, so we slept well even during the polar vortex, when it was -23 outside before windchill. We had a very nice room on the 6th floor with a great view, a roomy layout, and a bathroom stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Staff were friendly too. Parking costs $17.50 per night, and it's behind the hotel. There are restaurants in the hotel; we tried The Joyce and it was nice enough. The menu was pretty limited, mostly burgers or hand heads, with striploin as the only steak. They were renovating the kitchen, which may explain the short selection.

At the Crowne Plaza Fredericton, both the bathtub and sink were badly clogged, making even brushing our teeth unpleasant. For a hotel at this level, that's unacceptable and points to a lack of basic maintenance and hygiene checks before guests arrive. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We spent seven nights here for a wedding and liked the location, with great river views and everything downtown within walking distance. The stay was mostly good, but I had two problems. The water cut out for about 20 seconds while I was showering, though thankfully it came back. I also needed a computer. The hotel advertises a business centre, but there was only one guest computer and it didn't work. Staff said they'd ask someone to fix it in the morning, then said they'd ask the manager when I checked again. I got tired of waiting and used a computer at the public library instead.

Jenna and NKem were so helpful, they made our one-night stay for the Harvest Festival feel perfect. The rooms were serviceable, and you really can't beat the location in Fredericton.

We were upgraded to a spacious king suite, which was awesome. The food is decent, staff are really friendly, and the entrance makes quite an impression. They've done a lot of upgrades since my last visit, and I really like what they've changed. Right in the heart of downtown Fredericton. Definitely recommend, A+.
