At check-in, we were told breakfast was complimentary for the two of us. We were charged for it instead, and when we raised the issue, the offer changed from $10 off per person to $10 off per room. That meant losing $10 we’d been told we were entitled to. At checkout, we asked management to show us the policy documents so we could clarify things, but they refused. If the policy exists, they should be willing to show it to guests. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional. The hotel should stick to what it tells guests at check-in and be transparent. Attaching a screenshot of the policy document as of 17th May 2026.
