The hotel staff were polite and responsive, and the team related problems were outside their control. Still, the other guests’ disrespect had a real negative effect on our stay. Children in groups ran up and down the halls well after quiet hours. I saw a coach or parent try to step in, but it kept happening. At one point, another guest opened their door and asked the group to quiet down, pointing out they were clearly a team because they wore team jackets. I called the front desk. Someone came to the floor, but the noise started again afterward. I’d compared several nearby hotels. Others cost less, but I chose this one for the pool and wasn’t told at booking that it was closed. I later heard it was due to issues involving a hockey team the previous evening. If I’d known ahead of time, I might have reconsidered. My disappointment was the lack of communication about amenities and the difficulty managing disruptive guests.

Lakeview Chrysler held our Xmas party at the Quality Hotel, and we had a marvelous time. We were completely satisfied with the meal and with all the employees who looked after us.

I was charged $391.00 for a mediocre room at a Quality Inn, which is hard to believe. The room was dismal, with poor lighting and outdated furniture and decor, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very unappetizing, so I didn’t eat any even though it was free. I’m really annoyed at paying that much for such a low grade hotel chain.

The carpets were soaked after housekeeping flooded the room with toilet water. My clothes, shoes, and CPAP machine were ruined. There were no other rooms available, and they offered us $100 off the stay. Completely unacceptable.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs, and there’s a bar for an evening drink. The place was clean, comfortable, and full service. Definitely the nicest Quality Inn I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!
