That bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, but it couldn’t make up for the service. After three days, I asked about housekeeping and was told it would come after four nights. When I checked again after four nights, they said it must have been forgotten. We’re here for two more nights, and our room still hasn’t been cleaned once. The pool is out of order, something the website didn’t mention. The dinner staff didn’t know what was or wasn’t available from the menu. Breakfast is a decent buffet for 16$, but when I asked for mint tea, I was told it would cost extra because the 16$ buffet only includes Earl Grey or coffee. Even that great bed can’t undo all this bad service.

The front desk staff were amazing, and the rooms were very clean. The location is really great too. Breakfast is a nice little buffet, though the choices are very limited and could use some additions. Our only issues were that the pool was broken and the gym needs padded floor mats, since the rowing machine slides around.

I booked a room with two queen beds, but got two doubles when I arrived. The front desk staff weren’t helpful and had no idea why the online booking listed a room with double beds as having queens. Worst hotel service I’ve ever had. It was a terrible experience.

I stayed for four days, from 24th march 2026-27th march 2026. I’d been a little worried after reading the views and comments, but the stay was pleasant and worth the money. The rooms were great, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The pool may have more updates since it’s under renovation. Don’t worry about the other comments, you’ll have a beautiful stay while you’re there.
