The massages were incredible. We had a duo session with Marie-Josée and Annie, and they were phenomenal. They listened closely to what we needed and adjusted their techniques to us. We're three hours away, but I'd come back two or three times a year just for them. The spa stayed open late on the weekend, which was relaxing and much appreciated. We had a lovely two-night stay for our fifth anniversary, though parts of it disappointed us. The hotel and dining room service were absolutely wonderful, and both breakfast and supper were included. Breakfast required a reservation, but when we arrived at the buffet there were no eggs, "ham," potatoes, or sausage left. We waited about eight minutes for more food. Bacon and orange juice cost extra, which was disappointing if, like me, you don't drink tea or coffee. The water tasted like chlorine, so we bought bottled water. Supper wasn't a hit for me. The vegetables were burnt, the meat was overcooked, and the fries were cold. I paid extra for shrimp, but it came with an unpleasant sauce and some kind of sausage. The drinks felt pretty pricey for the place and the way they were presented. The hotel and rooms are cute, and everything was very clean. The beds were on the hard side and the pillows were oversized. I loved the spa hours, but the gym was a letdown: one machine didn't work and there weren't many dumbbells.

My family stayed for three nights, and the negative reviews don't reflect our experience. The pool area was very well maintained. I asked someone to turn on the waterfall, and they did it within a few minutes. The spa and sauna were beautiful and well kept too. Everything was very clean, even though some of the furniture in the rooms is large. It wasn't an inconvenience, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Staff were friendly and ready to answer our questions from the moment we walked in, and check-in was quick and practical. We'll definitely be back.

The room was decent, and we enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The coffee machine was in an awkward spot. I think there should only be king-size beds, and I would have liked to see hotel and spa packages.

The people were so sweet, and the whole stay felt cozy. I loved the massage, it left me super relaxed. Supper was excellent, 10/10, and the spa and pool were amazing too 😍

The team was friendly and helpful, and the location was nice, though the very large trees blocked much of the lake view. The hotel has a quaint feel, maybe a little tacky. The rooms were comfortable, but the furniture is dated and the mix of modern and old, traditional, fancy styles didn't quite work. The bed and pillows were softer than I like.
