The service was great, with friendly, helpful staff and no issues there. Our suite was in the adjacent building, which has a slightly odd setup: rooms have outside motel-style entrances as well as another entrance from a small interior area. The suite consisted of two unusually shaped rooms, each with its own bathroom and closet. One had a kitchenette and a hide-a-bed couch. It seemed like two separate hotel rooms had simply been booked together as a suite. The rooms were dated, quite worn and a little musty. They weren't terrible, but I wouldn't want to stay there longer than our one night. It worked for a quick layover in Victoria before we headed to a resort in the northern part of the island, though it was the least appealing of the four Comfort Inn stays on our trip.

A good place to stay when visiting the area. The hotel was tidy, with spacious clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast area had plenty of space and seating. There's a liquor store and pub right at the location. Getting downtown was easy, and the price was right.

The one drawback was the hard flooring in the hallway outside the rooms. Without carpet to soften the sound, doors and people talking as they walked past carried through. Still, I'd stay again. The room was beautiful and nicely furnished, with a king bed and couch, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff from the front counter to the maids were friendly, and breakfast was included with a good mix of hot and cold options. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The included breakfast was decent, though there was always a line for the waffle makers. The staff were courteous and friendly, and I'd stay again. The place is clean and comfortable with what you need. It seems like an older building, so the sound insulation could be better, but it was generally pretty good. The location is convenient while far enough from traffic that road noise wasn't an issue.

Breakfast was awesome, with a big selection and serving hours that ran later than at most hotels. I got some of my best sleep away from home because the beds were so comfortable. The hotel was super clean and roomy, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient. The gym's treadmill and weight machine were enough to make do with. I'd definitely suggest staying here over other hotels in the area.
