The Parkside Hotel & Spa

Michaella did my 90-minute facial and was excellent. She knew a lot about each product and is a very skilled esthetician. I’d also recommend her for massage treatments. The women at the spa front desk were genuinely friendly and helpful, and even when I first came through the lobby for my free parking pass, the customer service stood out. Thanks, Parkside staff!

I spent most of the day at the spa and had one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. The front desk staff were friendly, and my massage therapist was excellent. I used the gym before my massage, then went to the pool and hot tub afterward. The gym was surprisingly well equipped for a hotel, with top-notch equipment. The pool area was spacious, with a very big pool and a lovely hot tub. I timed it perfectly for adult time from noon to 2:00 p.m. It was heavenly. Looking forward to coming back.

I had a great time at The Parkside Hotel & Spa. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with excellent service, and the spa treatments were top-notch and relaxing. Staff were attentive and professional throughout. The ballroom is stunning, with elegant decor and a spacious, welcoming feel. A great choice for an event and a relaxing spa visit!

The staff were kind and accommodating, and the whole stay felt easy and comfortable. We came at the end of November for both of my boys’ birthdays and found a card and treat for each of them in our beautiful room. Parking was easy. My two teenage boys loved the downtown access, pool, gym, and rooftop, and even enjoyed relaxing in the lobby by the koi and fireplace. And thanks for having real cremo in the fridge! Highly recommend, it had everything we wanted and more.
