The Q Apartments

The apartments are clean and organized, and the place feels quiet, positive, and warm, like home. But based on my experience, it’s a big no if you have a car. There aren’t reserved parking spots, even though there are lots of visitor spaces and not enough spots for residents paying expensive rent. Confirm you have a parking spot if you plan to commute to work every day.

I’ve taken over a week off work because I work nights, so I can sit in the car with the dogs all day while they inspect everyone’s suites from 9-5. This will be the fifth time in less than eight months they’ve entered my suite for another “inspection.” It feels incredibly intrusive and unsettling, especially for my pets. This is my first rental in 11 years, and there has to be a better landlord out there. It would be impossible to feel comfortable or call a Concert property home.

Apartments and facilities are all top notch, including the laundry, drawing room, and gym. Maintenance is punctual and efficient, and the building manager has a superb attitude and manner. First class all the way. Home sweet home!

Edit: I’ve recently moved out of The Q Apartment, and unfortunately it ended badly. They charged me a $40 cleaning fee, saying there was dust in the drawers and figure prints on the kitchen cabinent. When I first moved into The Q Apartments, the experience had been exceptional. The staff were great and very helpful.
