It's a good deal for the area, with nice equipment and lots of breakfast choices, including things kids like. The owners clearly do this because they love it. I really don't get the negative reviews. Couldn't ask for more from a B&B.

Breakfast was homemade French toast and jams, with juice and coffee. We had the biggest of the three rooms, furnished simply with two queen beds. The ceiling fan was the important part, since it kept us comfortable. All the rooms use one shared bathroom, which worried us with a full house that night. The other guests were considerate, though, and it worked out fine.

We ended up chatting around the kitchen table about my background and other things, and it felt like we'd known each other for ages. The couple gave me a really warm welcome and offered directions for the next day. Such a pleasant visit!

Clean bathroom, friendly cat, and a decent breakfast with cereal, toast, and coffee. It made a good pit stop. The only downside was that the wifi wasn't working, or seemed not to exist.
