The RV lot is small, quiet, and very secure. It's about 90% fenced, with a gate at the entrance that limits access and keeps unwanted guests out. There's no landscaping or trees, but I actually liked that there were fewer bees and mosquitos. The people running it take things seriously, keep a close eye on how it operates, get to know the guests, and are understanding about people's predicaments. I felt safe traveling alone, and enjoyed the wifi and vending machines. The halls have cough drops, and coffee at the front desk is a nice touch. The shower room is modern and private, with one person using it at a time. It could use a little more cleaning, though the daily cleaning seems enough for the facilities' capacity. It needs an “in use” sign too, since I had a few awkward moments. One downside is that it's close to a graveyard. The motel rooms are clean and reasonably priced, and being able to smoke cigarettes in my room is great. If you care more about cleanliness, security, and quiet than scenery, space, or park capacity, this could be your spot. Thanks, guys!

The staff are friendly and helpful. I like being able to pull right up to the room and load the truck. With the cameras and the room right there, it feels safe for the night. The price is very reasonable. Love it!

I only came for a fundraiser and didn't stay in any of the rooms. The outside area was clean and spacious.

We'd already unloaded so much stuff that we didn't go back to the office to complain. We didn't want to haul everything around again. The refrigerator was disappointing too: it was a home-sized unit, and the freezer worked, but the fridge didn't. The AC cooled for about a minute, then the compressor shut off for 10 minutes before starting the same cycle again. I checked the filter, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It was filthy. I cleaned it, but that didn't fix the AC. The unit's grime was very off-putting. With a little TLC from the owners, I'd rate the place 5 star, but that wasn't possible for us. If things aren't fixed in one room, you have to wonder if that room is the exception. For these reasons, we wouldn't stay there again.
