The room was remarkably clean, the water pressure was phenomenal, and the location worked perfectly for our trip. Having first-floor access straight outside was ideal while travelling with animals. Breakfast was basic but okay, though the attendant came across as a little rude. The front desk staff were great. When we woke up with truck trouble the next morning, we could run to Canadian tire for everything we needed and get back on the road quickly.

Our room was warm, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with no street noise. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, and check-in was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. ACheem was funny, just like our grandson. We were very happy we stayed here.

The room was clean and there were plenty of breakfast choices. Friendly service too. Definitely good value for the money!

We stay at Comfort Inns or “Choice Hotels” almost everywhere we travel in Canada and the USA, but we’ll never come back to this one. The room smelled horrible and wasn’t very clean, and the hallway was noisy all night and into the morning. Housekeepers had their vacuums going at 8:05 a.m. There are plenty of nice hotels in this city, so we made a bad choice staying here. 10/10 do not recommend.

They charged me $60 after my stay for “changing the sheets.” Do they not change the sheets between guests? They said the sheets were “stained with dog hair” and that washing machines don’t remove hair. My washing machine at home manages just fine, so I wonder what kind of sub-par industrial machines they use. Should I have let my dogs sleep on the bed? Nobody specifically told me they couldn’t, and I paid a pet fee to cover the inconvenience of pets having hair.
