Days Inn by Wyndham Prince Albert

The pool and hot tub area was untidy, the hot tub water was only warm, and rain came in through the windows and doors. In the room, the sink tap wouldn’t shut off, and the elevator was very slow. When we arrived, the door and fridge were open, with the lights and TV on. Staff seemed unprofessional, wore no uniforms, and there were children behind the desk. We were told they had no face cloths when we asked. I won’t return or recommend this place. Worst I’ve been to.

We won’t be back. The broken bathroom faucet dripped all night and day, the toilet seats need replacing, and housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the walls or headboards. Kids kept stampeding up and down the halls. The security guard didn’t seem to care about that, but went right in to tell kids to be quiet when they were having fun in the pool.

The front desk workers, including the night staff, were rude, and the stay was gross. Our room had no towels, pee around the toilet, and a tub that hadn’t been cleaned. The carpet was damp, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and a lamp held together with black tape looked like a fire hazard. At the pool, things were floating in the water, and the hot tub was lukewarm, soapy, and slimy on the bottom. There were no towels in the pool area either. There was even a little puppy in the eating area that peed on the rug, though it must be a guard dog. This hotel has gone downhill. I’ll never stay again.

Our stay was so bad we left early instead of spending the whole week here. The hot tub was lukewarm, there were no towels in the pool area, and we had to take towels from our room. Customer service was lacking, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was my first time in Prince Albert, and by far my worst stay. The area felt sketchy, and they didn’t look after guests’ needs. We finally found a nicer hotel than the Days Inn. Note to self: read reviews carefully. I’d rather have my money back.
